PassLevel5 provides instant digital access to CIPS Level 5 study content — notes, practice questions, glossaries and exam-preparation material — for a one-time payment.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, this right ends as soon as you begin accessing the content, provided you have given your express consent to immediate access and expressly acknowledged that you lose your cancellation right by doing so.

You are asked to confirm both of these at checkout before payment is taken. Once you tick that box and complete payment, you are agreeing that:

• You want access to begin immediately, before the 14-day period ends; and
• You understand this means you give up your right to cancel and receive a refund once access has been granted.

Why we apply this

PassLevel5's content — study notes, practice questions, glossaries and exam guidance — can be read, copied, or saved in full within minutes of purchase. Once access has been granted, there is no way to "return" digital content the way you would a physical product, so we rely on the same immediate-access waiver used by other online course and study platforms.

If something goes wrong

This policy covers change-of-mind cancellation. It does not affect your rights if:

• You were charged in error or charged twice for the same purchase;
• The content you paid for was not actually delivered or is not accessible due to a fault on our side; or
• The content is materially different from what was described at the point of sale.

In any of these cases, contact us and we'll put it right, including a refund where appropriate.
